Why is BitZipper so inexpensive?

Cost effective organization

One of the main reasons we can sell BitZipper as inexpensive as we do, is the cost effective organization of Bitberry Software. For example, we do not have full time employed web designers, marketing or sales people. We hire freelancers when needed.

We have also outsourced our order taking to a highly respected order taking company. Let them worry about security, charge backs, taxes etc. while we do what we do best - develop software!

No expensive advertising

We do not buy (very) expensive advertising space on the big download sites as some of our competitors do. Our strategy is to optimize our web pages for maximum results with search engines, which will help bring us free, or at least cheap, traffic.

Competition

It is no secret that BitZipper is not the only zip utility on the market. Competition is strong, and even though we think BitZipper is superior to most competing products, we have decided to price it as low as some of these products in the hope of getting our share of the customers that are strongly focused on price alone.

Doesn't inexpensive equal bad?

In short: No. Of course not.

Because of our cost effective organization and minimal advertising costs we can afford to sell a high quality product at a very low price. We simply do not have that many costs to cover.
